How to transfer .PK domain from one account to another with PKNIC

I recently sold one of my .PK domain and experienced .PK domain transfer process. It was very different, time taking and involve legal documentation than compared to .com domain transfer, which can be done with 1 click.

Although PKNIC provides a guide how to transfer but still a person get confused. So here is the simple steps you can follow.
